Vocalpoint is like a product-lover’s playground. It’s a place to shop, try and even have a hand in creating new products – and then get vocal about what you think. From survey responses to live product trials, your voice has the power to impact brands and influence others.

Joining Vocalpoint is easy AND free. Simply click on the ’join now’ button on the home page to create an account – it only takes a few seconds! You also have the option to join using your Facebook or Google accounts, if that’s more convenient.

Nope, it’s free. We will never charge membership fees for joining Vocalpoint.
There’s no catch. It’s simple – we LOVE hearing your feedback. All we ask is for you to participate in our exciting opportunities and surveys and leave your ‘real-deal’ feedback when you try a new product. Seriously, that’s it.

All are welcome in the Vocalpoint community! You must be at least 13 years old to register and have a valid email and mailing address (if you participate in a product trial program). Note: To our friends outside of the U.S. – while we welcome you to join the community, we are unable to ship product outside of the U.S. at this time.
Yes – we take your privacy VERY seriously. We don’t share or sell your personal information. And, you can feel confident making purchases in our online shops: The Find and ShopLab. Your transactions are 100% secure and we do not store your credit card information.

Every product opportunity is different, so while there is no ‘surefire’ way to be selected, your quick response and participation in our email requests and surveys are the best way to qualify for new programs. It may sound cliché, but the more you put into VP, the more you get out of it.

While VP’s history is rooted in product samples and reviews, it has evolved to offer much more interaction between members and brands. We still have great free product trial opportunities, but allowing members to help create, innovate, learn first, buy first AND share first is what really sets Vocalpoint apart from typical ‘sampling sites’.

Yes! Now there are 2 ‘Insider Shops’ on VP to try and buy new products:

  • The FindDisover your new favorite ‘finds’ from the newest products to hit the market! When VP Members make a purchase on ‘The Find’, they are getting the best value from the brand.
  • ShopLabShop products & prototypes that are still being worked ‘in the lab’ and not yet available to the public.
You can pay securely using any major Credit Card or you can use your Paypal account.
We stand behind the products we offer to you! However, sometimes things go wrong. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged and need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out our Defective/Damaged Item Claim Form within 7 days of receiving the product. We’ll take care of you, don’t worry.
We have a 30-day return policy from the time you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, you will be required to provide details such as order number, purchaser name, email address along with the reason for the return. Please complete our Return Authorization Form. Within 5 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Form we will email you a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Please note: Orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States cannot be returned online (this means currently items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii cannot be returned).
Typically, when there is a new opportunity, we will send you email giving you a heads-up. Often times we will also post info on Facebook and mention it in our monthly Newsletter. We will notify you of the opportunity and it is up to you to let us know you are interested by completing the survey.
If you receive a survey email from us, it means you are eligible for an upcoming opportunity. We encourage you to complete all surveys and be sure to hit ‘submit’ when you are finished. If you didn’t opt-in or don’t qualify for the specific opportunity, it won’t show up in your dashboard.

Unless otherwise specified, gift cards are typically issued 2 to 4 weeks after the completion of the program. Note: The program completion date is not the date the member submits feedback, it is the date the entire program is closed.
