If you like to get FREE samples of stuff, go to www.yesall4free.com and start filling out for the samples that you want.  I get stuff in the mail just about everyday.  Also on the walmart website you can get free samples.

I do this as well!  It really comes in handy!  Most of the time I forget what coupons I have loaded onto my Kroger card, so when I get extra savings on items that I puchased, its a treat!

This is simply wonderful.  I never have time to clip coupons and organize them.  I will definitely be sharing with my friends.

Great idea! For some reason, men seem to be uncomfortable with coupons, but the e-card coupons they won't even know about!

Since the coupons don't double, will they also accept the paper coupons along with the ones on the card?

What a great idea!  Unfortunately, none of the stores in my area are included in this program so I sent them an email to find out how to get them linked as well.  If I find out anything positive, I will post it to this site.

I love using the coupons on my Kroger card and matching them with manufacturer coupons and that helps save a lot more. Also you can add coupons to your Kroger card from cellfire.com as well!

That is a very good way to get people to save even when they don't want to do the whole coupon thing.  I myself, live to clip coupons and find the bargins.Laughing

There are 2 websites that you can download to your Kroger card, If you go to there site they will have 2 different sites to pick from now the P&G and Shortcuts.com.   I use these savings in connection with the paper coupons, because they dont double them on the card so if you use a paper coupon also then you can sometimes double those.

It is great except they don't double them when they are downloaded to your card, so do keep that in mind.
