For the giveaway – we went on the hunt and found some super cute trends and ideas for around the house and are sharing our favorites with you in this month’s giveaway!

1. Fall Decor!

Fall is just around the corner and there are always cute items that just scream fall! We found this cutie on Etsy for just $8! We had folks vote on which items we should include in this months giveaway and this was very popular and a top vote getter of the fall décor items! What a cute table decoration!

2. Kitchen Items

All too often the kitchen becomes function over form – but that doesn’t mean it can’t match and/or be cute – right? You spoke up on Facebook and loved these mason jar measuring cups. We found them at World Market for just $12.99. I love how bright and fun it is and it will look great in every kitchen.

3. A Touch of Gold!

Gold is making a comeback for sure! Everywhere you look there are simple home décor items jazzed up with a bit of gold. We found some of our favorites and had our Facebook followers vote and their pick was this gold tin with cute sticky notes inside. I originally found this on Zulily for just $12! A touch of gold just fancies up the place and we hope you like it!

Fall is my favorite time of year and what I most decorate for since I tend to entertain a lot more during this season! I love making displays with real pumpkins! I also mix orange peel and cloves and place them in cute little mason jars on my window sills... It makes the house smell delightful!

We bought our house 2 years ago in November already (how did time fly??) and I am just NOW hanging things on the wall...Help! It's so hard...hubby and I started out with different tastes but finally assimilating haha....we can agree on a lot but don't want to spend a fortune. Looking in thrift stores for repurposed things and in lower-priced home decor stores.

When looking for decor for your home, Id suggest pulling up pinterest to get some good ideas. A lot of the time I'll find ways to recreate my favorite item with a simple trip to the dollar tree and a picture off the internet. Of course, if your not the creative type, I'd suggest a simple look through amazons decor section, be it for your kitchen, living room, or any other room in the house, its always worth checking out what they have in store. You can often find cheap but cute items to spruce up your home!

I love the touch of gold theme and just grabbed my fall wreath, that I've been using every year for the last 5-7 years, and pulled a couple of leaves off it and spray painted them metallic gold. stuck them back in, and the wreath is reborn and beautiful!
