How did I live without them  for so long ? LOL  I cleaned my tub with it and it was the only product that could get it clean.  Now I have ten of them stocked up...

Unless my athletic shoes are leather, I put them through the washing machine with no problems whatsoever.  I've done this for years.

The magic erasers are amazing. Baby wipes for some reason work awesome on white sneakers too. Oh and toothpaste, yes toothpaste...LOL

What a great idea. Thousands of nurses could benefit from this....oh yes mom can go wild as long as the shoes don't have odor which can't be covered up!!!

I use the Magic erasers on so many things including kitchen appliances, washers, dryers, counter tops, walls, floors, sinks, on the side of tubs that have black marks, as well as on the bathroom scale that also gets black marks from shoes.  I always test before I use them, but thus far I haven't found anything that I can't use them on.I don't know what's in the erasers that allows them to take off marks which other products won't touch.  I also found that you can use them to clean playing cards, just make sure that the eraser is barely damp.  I gave my daughter-in-law and my daughter both a box since they both have small children.  My only complaint, I wish they lasted longer.

I bought some a whileback, but watch the kids. Mine decided to use them as regular sponges as they got older. Hate it wasted on dirty dishes or cleaning spills on the floor.

If you have kids, magic erasers are a MUST!!! They save HOURS of scrubbing (pen marks off the wall, for example-- yes I did use my magic eraser for this and it did work, even though the pen was dark blue and the wall was light yellow)... wahoo!

Now that I have read all the different ideas regarding the Magic Eraser.  Thank you all for sharing as I have never thought of using the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser for anything.  Really, I have never owned one.  However, since reading all of the posts, I will be sure to purchase one for me and one for my Dtr-n-Law and my Dtr.  My Daughter lives out of state but I will be going to see her and my grandchildren on 9/13/10.  (with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser in hand).

We use Mr. Clean Eraser to clean our grout, tennis shoes, our aluminum sink, and others.

I also use these to get black marks off my linoleum floor, nothing got them out until I tried the magic eraser.... I also use it for my white sinks, when there are black marks from kettles, it takes them right out.

I am on oxygen and not allowed around a lot of cleaners so I use those magic erasers on everything and they work great!!! I love them (and by now should have stock in them). I by them every time I am in a store. I have also found in the dollar aisle of our local supermarket a .99 cent eraser package with three of them in it and they work just as well as the magic eraser for 1/3 the price so I now have a cabinet full of them also.
