Sounds wonderful!  I'm not a soy milk person so I'd have to give it a try with regular chocolate milk.  Now I have to find some molds! lol

You could use small waxed paper cups instead of molds.

You can also find good molds at Bed, Bath and Beyond.  And what about chocolate soy milk with sliced bananas for another delicious taste treat?!

How about the strawberries and fat free/sugar free chocolate pudding. That would be yummy too. And less calories per serving. Cool

I made these with vanilla almond milk instead of the soy mild...it comes unsweetened and I used dark chocolate and man oh man they hit the spot!!!

Just a note that chocolate chips do contain dairy if you're looking for dairy-free. But the dark chocolate idea-- sounds wonderful. The darker the better for me and I do love strawberries with chocolate.

Yum-o! These look so incredibly tasty and healthy! I just love chocolate soy milk and strawberries, so I will have to give this a try, although I wonder what the result will be with light chocolate soy milk as that is what I typically drink. Guess there's only one way to find out!

Yum!! I can't wait to try this - I'm thinking that using fat free pudding to freeze the strawberries in might be good too..... remember pudding pops!?!?
