My favorite wake-up summer smoothie, 2 mangos, 1/2 pound strawberries, 1 ripe banana, 2-3 cups water (add water to desired thickness). Puree till smooth, serve chilled or add ice cubes to the blending process. Serves 4-5

I love to eat fresh vegetable and fruit from my HUGE garden. It takes a lot of work, but it's so worth it, and my kids love picking beans from the vine!

Homemade jam from the fruit right off the tree.  When a batch is made, keep some out of the jar and put it right on vanilla icecream.
