We don't like the Kashi cereals. YUK! However - That being said - Their cookies and granola and cereal bars are pretty tasty.
Love their oatmeal and cereal. The TLC crackers are good. The Heart to Heart shredded wheat crackers are dry and flavorless. But overall, we love Kashi.
Really great stuff - Kashi makes awesome healthy food. My toddler likes the sunshine cereal the most! I like that it doesn't have High Fructose Corn Syrup in it.
