What a great idea. I wanted to add something. I have always made hard boiled eggs that had gray in the yolk. Finally, this Easter, I got it right. Thought I'd share. Put eggs in pan, cover them with an inch of water.  When water starts to boil, take them off heat and cover pot. Set timer for 15 mins and then run eggs under cold water to stop cooking and voila totally bright yellow yolks!

I always get voted in to do deviled eggs. I have used this technique for years! It is quick, easy and there's practically no clean up! Try it and you'll be hooked! Wink

Nice idea for a potluck or barbecue, but I like to make it in a bowl and then put it inside my cake decorator with the right size tip it is great for parties and give something like deviled eggs a fancy touch, sprinkle lightly with Paprika placed on a nice glass platter.

Laughing For easy egg peeling-- use a spoon- After you crack the egg slip a teaspoon between the shell and the egg, the spoon is shaped like the egg so it will glide around the egg and pull off the shell. No little pieces left and no eggshell under the nails.

Sorry, this isn't worth the environmental impact of yet another plastic bag. A fork works just fine.
