Wow...that cereal in the container brings me back. Reminds me of the old Cap'n Crunch.

Adding a half-handful into a small bowl of vanilla yogurt (all-natural, of course) is a delicious start to the day or a great mid-evening snack. Satisfies my need for sweet!

I bet it would taste great in place of raisins for ants on a log. And probably just as healthySurprised

I love yogurt parfaits in the morning using fresh fruit and granola.  I am anxious to try this instead of the granola.

Love the idea of putting it in trail mix. I make our own since it is much cheaper to do so. It would add just the right amount of sweetness. Yum!!

I also just got my sample of Kashi Honey Sunshine and it has a good taste to it,its crunchy which I like a light honey taste and I will buy this cereal this week at the grocery store. I was expected the cheral pillows to be bigger so was surprise to see them so tiny with such a big taste. I ate mine right out of the box as a snack but would be good I think adding to vanilla ice cream?

I usually make my own granola to add to yogurt -- but this might save me some time!  Thanks for the idea!

This is so good and sweet! I was so surprised this is healthy, and sweet at the same time. I would like to try to make marshmallow treats with this cereal!

It has great taste and is a sweet treat.  I eat it for a snack dry after my workout and it takes care of the hungries.  Thank you for a great tasting product and healthy too.
