I like to wear a powder eyeliner mixed with anti-redness eyedrops. Stays on all day. Also I like to vary the colors. From brown to green to even a bright blue. But only on the top and in a thin line.

I like liquid blush. It last longer and blends better.

I only use cold water when I wash my face. My Grandmother is 80 and swears by it. She looks great!

An aspirin mask! Mix several uncoated aspirin tablets with enough water to make a paste. Apply the mixture to clean face, let it dry until you start to sneeze. Your skin will thank you.

I love self-tanning but don't like it when it pools around my wrists and ankles. Well, I found the perfect way to self-tan! I exfoliate in the shower, and while my pores are still open, I mix some liquid self-tanner with my own body lotion. The color is more subtle and gradual than straight self-tanner, but it doesn't pool anywear and it smells like my body lotion instead of the self-tanner!

When my hair is droopy or starting to look oily, I shake some baby powder onto my hands, rub them together and then through my hair. Instant body!

When I get new facial moisturizer, I use my 'leftovers' on other body parts: legs, arms, hands.I use facial exfoliant (scrub) on my hands once a week; this is a wonderful indulgence during gardening season.Foundation samples from magazines that are too dark for my skin double as eye shadow.Scissors are my best friend when I get to the 'end' of a tube of lotion: I cut open the tube and find a tiny gold mine of 'more stuff'. There's often enough that I keep the cut open tube in a plastic resealable bag until I've used up every drop.
My motto? "Use it up, wear it out, make it do, or do without....and SAVE $$ while you're at it!"

Good old fashioned Vaseline on my lips at night -- keeps them very soft and smooth and perfectly ready for lipstick the next morning!

My teenage son uses an oatmeal mask and it keeps his acne and skin
clear! He uses the cheapest oats and grinds them in a smal coffee bean
grinder. Then mixes a bit of the powder with water to make a paste.
Leaves it on for hafl an hour or more, then rinses it off. It works
and it's cheaper and healthier than chemical cleansers!

If you want to look years younger at a reunion use egg whites to tighten the skin on your face. Whip the egg whites and put hem on your face and let dry. rinse with cold water and your face will look years younger.

I use honey as a face cleanser. Saves alot of $$ and has great antibacterial properties. My teenage daughters both use it and it cleared up acne that even a doctor's perscription couldn't. Just smear it on and wipe off with a warm wet cloth. And for great exfoliation, I use used coffee grounds. The caffiene actually helps tighten your skin. Also to save $$ you can use cider vinegar to wash your hair! Makes it so healthy and shiny!

I color my gray at home. If I don't have time and my roots are starting to show, I will wet an eyebrow pencil and "color" the most visible gray at my temples and at the crown of my head. If you get it on your scalp, you can just rub it in and no one will notice. You can buy wider hair color pencils at a beauty supply store that do the same thing.

Use a cheap moisturizing hair conditioner to shave in the shower. (men or women) you won't need to use lotion for dry skin afterwards!

Facial mask: 1 tea spoon of ricotta ( or cottage cheeze, 1/2 tea spoon honey, 3 drops of olive oil. Mix and apply to a wet skin avoiding eye area. Lay down with eyes closed and keep mask on for 15 min, wipe off with warm water. It cleanses, moisturises and firms the skin better than any chemical mask.
