I like to make nachos over the gril, I use tinfoil and add the tortilla chips then mashed up black beans and small tomatos and seasonings, add that on top of the chips, then add cheese fold the tin foil over the top, check for the cheese to be melted and then when I take them off, I like to add sour cream! Delish! :) leahmariehiggs@aol.com

I like to add a fresh basil leaf to my corn on the cob, whether we grill it or boil it and spread Smart Butter on it!

Grilled asparagus is a fantastic addition to any meat cooked on the grill. I just drizzle it with some olive oil and my husband places it directly on the grill with everything else we're cooking. He turns it every so often so it doesn't burn too much. It always comes out perfectly cooked with a little crunch on the outside. Delicious!

I always make a velveeta cheese dip with tortilla chips anytime I go to a BBQ. It's refried beans, vleveeta, milk, salsa, and sometimes I put jalapenos or meat in it. It is always a hit.
