I think my best two tips are pretty simple. 1. Moisturizer is SOOO important! 2. Exfoliate weekly! It will do wonders for your skin!

I use Arbonne NutriMin C RE Skin Care products. I start with a gel cleanser, a hydrating toner next, then a moisturizer for eyes and then all over facial moisturizer. There are other products in the line that I use as well. Always remember that the ring finger applies the least pressure and to use that finger to apply anything around the eyes. In towards the nose under the eyes so as not to rub in crow's feet, and out around the brow line towards the temples.

For my very dry hands, I mix sugar, honey and oil (olive or other) in a small container. I massage this into my hands and rinse with a little warm water. It's a wonderful and inexpensive natural exfoliator.

My skin is very sensitive so I use Aveeno BABY as a moisturizer for my face anything else's makes my face feel greasy and break out, it isn't as high as some facial moisturizers ether. Also for your hair a egg beaten and lathered in your hair is great for shine wash out of course fix as usual. For your hands a pair of plastic gloves pour baby powder in them shake, put Vaseline on hands wear overnight WOW this makes your hand so soft by morning.

I love Origins Never a Dull Moment Face "scrub". It is made with fruit enzymes so it "scrubs" off the dead layer of skin without being abrasive. It is a little pricey, but since you only use it once a week the jar will last you almost a year.

I have been using Clinique 3 step system for over 20 years and have so many people that I still look the same as I did in high school.

Getting vitamin e tablets and breaking them open and using the oil inside is a great way to keep your hands and feet smooth. After you put the lotion on, get some footies and hand gloves and wear them all night for better absorbtion, it feels great in the morning! If you have the patience to do it three times a week, great. Some stores actually bottle it now, so that may be even better for you. I know I love it after standing on my feet all day or after handwashing the dishes.

My friend is a beautician. To strip your hair of chemicals that build up she told me to get Perell shampoo and a lemonade Kool-Aid package (the kind without the sugar added). Mix the Kool-Aid with the Perell and put on your hair for a few minutes and then rinse out. It works wonders! I didn't realize all the build up I had until I noticed my hair looked lighter in color and it was soft. I love this cheap way of getting my hair to look great again.

In reference to your tip for using a spray toner. Do you have a suggestion as to which one works best?

When I put baby lotion on my 6 month old, I always make sure to use a little too much so that there's extra to rub into my hands and arms.

Osmotics is a fabulous skin care line. They don't spend any money on advertising, putting all funds into research. They have a great product called "Blue Copper." Also, I have extremely dry skin and love the Cream Extreme moisturizer. Their products are sold at Nordstrom's and also on their website.

I like to use baby lotion on my face. It smells so nice and keeps it looking good. It is so inexpensive. I use many other products, but I always have this on hand.

I AM A 44 YEAR OLD YOUNG MOTHER OF 3 ACTIVE GROWN BOYS AND A 16 YEAR OLD FEMALE. IT LEAVES ME LITTLE TIME FOR ANY SKIN CARE BUT I AM OFTEN MISTAKEN FOR MY BOYS SISTER. I COMBINE TWO MAJOR EVENTS IN OUR LIVES INTO ONE SKIN CARE TREATMENT. WE ALL HAVE TO EAT AND THEY LOVE VEGETABLES. PEEAL YOUR CUCUMBER AND SAVE THE SKINS IN A ZIPLOC BAG FOR LATER. AFTER DINNER WHEN YOU GET THE CHANCE TO TAKE THAT DEEP BREATH, TAKE OUT YOUR SKINS AND WIPE THEM OVER YOUR FACE AS A NATURAL CLEANSER AND YOU WILL SEE ALL THE DIRT THAT IS ON YOUR FACE.

On those weeks when you're really busy and can't find the time to color your hair. I find it helpful to use a mascard brush. Really helps until you can find that need time to color your hair.

One of my best tips is to keep a small bottle of Vaseline around. Cut yourself shaving? A dab of Vaseline petroleum jelly will help stop the bleeding.
