In over 30 states, organizations have been created to help many young ladies. It’s easy – dresses, shoes, jewelry and other accessories you may never wear again could make a dream come true for someone else by donating to these organizations.
If you know of someone who could use help creating their unthinkable dream, contact one of these local organizations near you. The junior or senior high school girl who is financially unable to attend her prom should be referred to the organization by a principal, guidance counselor or social worker.
Everyone wins. You can help dress a teen for a night of her life, while you receive a tax deduction for the donation. But the warm feeling you gain and a lifetime of memories to another is priceless.
