Sounds very delicious and it is a very good alternative to the high calorie snacks. I will definitely be trying this recipe.

I am definitely going to try this.  My kids need dip for everything and this seems like  refreshing alternative to Ranch or French Onion!  Can't wait to make it!

If you want the dip to be a little thicker, here's a trick: Take a bowl, and put some cheese cloth on the top, secure it with a rubber band, put your yogurt on the cheese cloth, and put the whole thing in the fridge overnight.  Some of the liquid from the yogurt will have dripped through the cheese cloth and into the bowl.  Use the remaining "thicker" yogurt in the dip.  You still get all the nutrition from the yogurt, but your dip will be thicker.

My kids love to make "dip mixes" from the fridge door, they will have a ball whipping this up!
